Mary Alice Yeskey is the Director of Marketing at Charm City Cakes, a boutique Baltimore cake shop which shot to fame in 2006 as the setting for the Food Network's Ace of Cakes. The shop's owner and creative mastermind, Chef Duff Goldman, has been creating over-the-top and jaw-dropping cakes (on and off the air) since 2001. Ace of Cakes, which ran for ten seasons, was one of the highest rated shows in Food Network's history. Following the show's wrapping in November of 2010, Mary Alice transitioned from managing the day-to-day operations of the shop to her current position focusing on marketing and sales.

Now, as Executive Chef of Hersheypark Entertainment Complex, Chef Gipe's outlets include Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hersheypark Stadium and Star Pavilion at Hersheypark Stadium.
