Mary Alice Fallon Yeskey

Director of Marketing at Baltimore's Charm City Cakes
Featured on Food Network's "Ace of Cakes" show!

Mary Alice Yeskey is the Director of Marketing at Charm City Cakes, a boutique Baltimore cake shop which shot to fame in 2006 as the setting for the Food Network's Ace of Cakes. The shop's owner and creative mastermind, Chef Duff Goldman, has been creating over-the-top and jaw-dropping cakes (on and off the air) since 2001. Ace of Cakes, which ran for ten seasons, was one of the highest rated shows in Food Network's history. Following the show's wrapping in November of 2010, Mary Alice transitioned from managing the day-to-day operations of the shop to her current position focusing on marketing and sales.

Interior designer and Life Style Expert, Frank Fontana, is the host and lead designer for the Chicago-based version of HGTV’s longest running, top rated design show, Design on a Dime. Frank Fontana is also one of the few host/designers simultaneously appearing in two HGTV shows at once, as well as an array of network specials. Marnie Old

Marnie is one of the country’s highest profile sommeliers and wine educators, and a breath of fresh air in the stuffy wine world. Marnie’s first book, titled He Said Beer, She Said Wine, is a collaboration with acclaimed brew-master Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Father Leo - Grace Before Meals

Fr. Leo Patalinghug and the Grace Before Meals movement has been featured on the front page of the Washington Post, Fox and Friends, ABC News, Denver Post, Martha Stewart Radio, CBS Morning Show as well as Food Network’s hit show, Throw Down with Bobby Flay, where Fr. Leo defeated world renown chef, Bobby Flay, in a steak fajita cooking competition. Watch as he prepares live this signature dish at the PA Gourmet Show.


Chef David Albright

Chef Albright is the owner and executive chef of the critically acclaimed The Left Bank Restaurant in York, PA, and T.V. host of "Dining Deconstructed," coming in January. Chef Albright has planned to prepare two signature dishes, Margarita Shrimp & Crab cocktail and Herb Roasted Chicken Breast.


Chef Charles Gipe

Charles (Charlie) Gipe, CEC (Certified Executive Chef) AAC (American Academy of Chefs), knew he would become a chef when he was a child. Now, as Executive Chef of Hersheypark Entertainment Complex, Chef Gipe's outlets include Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hersheypark Stadium and Star Pavilion at Hersheypark Stadium. Chef Gipe has appeared on Food Network's "The Best Of" and has earned his way into the Guinness Book of World Records for making the largest pot of chili. He is currently working on his first cookbook.


Chef Kathy Wickart

Kathy Wickart is the Cooking School Coordinator at the Camp Hill GIANT Food Store. She has worked as a Sous Chef in the past and anyone who has attended one of her classes knows she loves food and teaching. Chef Wickart continues to impress with her broad range of knowledge including recipes, entertaining ideas, cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.


Chef Martin Saylor from East Coast Fresh Cuts

The resume of Chef Saylor reads like a travel guide to exotic places. Chef Saylor has been an executive chef in places such as Martha’s Vineyard, London England, Washington DC, and Baltimore MD.
